UK packages will be sent by the most appropriate method. All items will be sent via "signed for" delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within three days, and therefore delivery in the UK, should take place within seven days. Overseas customers should contact us for p&p/shipping charges and will receive their orders within the normal delivery times applicable to their Country.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once the order has been processed, the credit card details are destroyed.

At the stage you are asked for your credit card details,(after (Step 1) entering/ confirming your name and address details and (Step 2) supplying us with a little marketing information, you will see "THIS AREA IS SECURELY ENCRYPTED" and the internationally recognised padlock symbol.

If you have any problems please phone, or email us with your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible. Do not email your credit card details.

 

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days after the day of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, within 30 days. We will ask that you return the goods to us at your cost and make the necessary arrangements for the safe return of the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You have the right to cancel your order from the time of placing the order up to 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Please contact us by phone or email to advise us of your intention. We will request that the goods are returned, in original condition, including all packaging and documentation, at your cost, and if not returned, we will collect them, and deduct the direct cost from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
